We had a well sized bedroom. It was in a central location, to taxi's.

Well-equipped and good-sized rooms with very helpful staff. All in all comfortable location, close to Congonhas Airport in Sao Paulo, and the downtown. Also, in a poorly illuminated area. Early check-in, late check-out. Complimentary internet, parking on-site...

The place is well priced, met all required needs. The rooms are new-fashioned and huge with large TV and large safe and iron. I just need to say thank you, would love to come back here some time.

I paid for two double rooms. At the reception they told me they were giving me a quadruple room which I accepted. When I got to the room I couldn't get in; I went down to reception 3 times and they made me go back up with the card. Finally they sent someone from maintenance who after 20 minutes managed to get the lock working only to realize that it was a room for 2 people to which they were trying to add 1 more bed. (we could only sleep 3 people). Upset, after 45 minutes of trying to get into my so-called "room of 4", I went to the front desk staff who were upset with me, making me think that I was "bothering too much". In conclusion: An excellent facility with a very bad reception staff. (The restaurant and lobby were very nice)

Top quality and perfect accommodation with a marvelous setting close to Congonhas airport and downtown. Great food and excellent breakfast. A really reasonable base for one night.

The fact that it was close to the Congonhas Airport in Sao Paulo. That was a determining factor.

The basin in my apartment's bathroom (2011) was clearly out of place and needed to be fixed, although everything worked properly.

Everyone was kind and amiable. the room was impeccable and incredibly comfortable with modern amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. the location was great, situated in a fairly nice area.

The staff could not find my reservation,the WiFi in my room was hard to set up, and did not work well after setup.
